Mindfulness Meditation Course REGISTRATION

Thank you for your interest in the Clearly Mindful 8-Week Mindfulness Course. I look forward to our time together and what we will learn in this mindfulness session.

Course Details

  • Dates: Wednesdays, March 26–May 14, 2025

  • Times: 5:30-7:00pm

  • Location: Southside Community Center, 3151 E. 27th Ave.

  • What to Expect: Please wear layered comfortable clothing. We will have chairs for seating. Bringing a journal or notebook to take notes is recommended.

  • Course Book: After completing Registration, you will receive information on the course book and where you may purchase it locally or online. There will be light reading assigned after each class. The book costs approximately $18.99 + tax.

NEW SMARTPHONE/SMARTWATCH POLICY

To enhance course learning and increase environment for focusing attention: If you bring a smartphone or smartwatch to class they will be silenced, placed in a sealed, individually labeled bag (provided by the instructor) in a container in the front of the classroom for the duration of each class and returned at the end of each class.

HOW TO REGISTER

  1. Select the “Add to Cart” button to the right.

  2. You will then be prompted to enter your basic information, as well as read and agree to three documents: 1) Informational Statement, 2) Coronavirus/COVID-19 Liability Waiver and 3) Disclosure and Disclaimer Statement. Then again select “Add to Cart.”

  3. Select the Cart icon in the top right corner and then select “Checkout.”

  4. Add your payment information and select “Complete Purchase.”

  5. After you complete the purchase, you will receive an email with the details on the course book that you will need to purchase, directions to the Southside Community Center, a receipt of your purchase, and a waiver form for the Southside Community Center that needs to be read, completed, signed, copied and the original and copy must be delivered to the instructor at the first class.
